507) Admors and Assigns forever to his and their Proper use and behoof and to no other use meaning or Intent whatsoever Provided Always and it is the True intent and meaning of these Presents that in Case he the said Walter his heirs Exors or Admors shall and ^do^ well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Charles Carroll his Ex.rs or Admors at or before the Tenth Day of June which shall be in the year of our Lord God one Thousand seven hundred forty and seven the Just and full sum of fifty pounds Current money of Maryland with the Lawfull Interest thereof then the aforegoing Deed of Bargain and Sale to become void to all intents and purposes as if the same had never been made or done any thing herein before Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding In Witness whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Parties to these Presents have interchangeable set their hands and seals the day and Year above Written Sealed & Delivered In Psence of Walter Dallas Seal C Croxall On the Back of the aforegoing Jn.o Eaton Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t) Received of D.r Charles Carroll the sum of fifty pounds Current money being the Consideration within mentioned I say reced by me this 9.th Day of June 1744 Witness C Croxall Walter Dallas Jn.o Easton y.e 9.th of June 1744.
