       Part of Phillip's Addition One Hundred & Ninety Acres, Three Shillings & Ten Pence
       ^Sterling^ for Lees Island One Hundred & Fifty Acres, Twelve Shillings Sterling, for Bettys delight
       Thirty Six Acres One Shilling and Six pence Sterling, for the Lower Island Twenty One
       Acres, Ten Pence half peny Sterling, in the whole Nine Shillings & Two Pence half peny
       Sterling for the Use of the Lord Baltimore by Order of Benjamin Tasker Esq.r P

Ex.d This Indenture made this ninth Day of June in the Year of
       our Lord God one Thousand seven hundred fourty and four by
       and Between Walter Dallas of Baltimore County in the Province
       of Maryland Merch.t on the one part and Charles Carroll of
       Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the other Part Witnesseth that the s.d
       Walter Dallas for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty pounds
       Current Money of Maryland to him in hand payd at and before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Reciept whereof
       he Doth hereby acknowledge hath Bargained Sold Aliened
       enfeoffed and Confirmed unto him the said Charles Carroll his
       heirs Exors and Assigns all that Tract or Parcel of Land Called
       Kindness Resurveyed Containing three hundred and Eleven
       Acres of Land lying and being in Baltimore County on Back
       River granted to him the said Walter Dallas and on w.ch a
       Certain Edw.d Evans formerly lived together with all and
       Singular the buildings improvements and appurts thereon
       & thereto belonging and appurtaining   To have and to hold
       the said Tract of Land Called Kindness Resurveyed w.th its
       appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs
