                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)   
       On the Eleventh Day of February Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Forty
       Three Philemon Church Gideon Pearce and Samuel Groom the parties within
       named appeared before the Subscribers, Two of his Lordship's Justices for Kent
       County and acknowledged the within Written Indenture to be their Act and Deed to &
       for the Uses, Intents and Purposes within mention As Witness our Hands the Day &
11   Year above Written               Vide recovery in                     Ch.s Hynson

Ex.d This Indenture Made this Eighth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Between Abraham Jarratt of Baltimore
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the One Part and Charles Carroll of the
       City of Annapolis Chirurgeon of the other part Witnesseth That the said
       Abraham Jarratt for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty Pounds Sterling lawfull
       Money of Great Britain to him already paid the Receipt whereof the said Abraham
       Jarratt doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof doth hereby Acquit and Discharge the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs & assigns by these presents He the said
       Abraham Jarratt Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       And by these presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto
       the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns All that Part and Parcell of Land
       heretofore Bequeathed unto a Certain William Wright by his Father Bloys Wright
       Late of Baltimore County Deced Supposed to Contain One Hundred & Fifty Acres of Land
       be the same more or less lying in the County aforesaid William Wright did by his Indenture
       of Bargain and Sale bearing Date on ^or about^ the First Day of September in the Year
       of Our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty One Give Grant Bargaine
       Sell and Convey unto the said Abraham Jarratt his Heirs and Assigns for Ever As also
       all the Right Title Claime Interest Property and Demand which he the said
       William Wright then had or Ever hereafter might have of in and to all or any
       the Lands Bequeathed by the aforesaid Bloys Wright unto his Son Thomas Wright and
       his Heirs as by the said Deceaseds Last Will and Testament may appear be the same
       More or Less Which said Land and Premisses and Every part and parcell thereof the
       said Abraham Jarratt have by these presents Sold Conveyed & made over unto him the
       said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for Ever Together with all Rights profits
