500) Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the s.d Thomas Bladen of in and to the s.d seventy five Acres of Land and Premises and every part thereof To Have and to hold the said Seventy five acres of Land and Premises above Described and every part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Ogle his heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the s.d Henry Ogle his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Bladen for himself and his heirs the said seventy five Acres of Land and Premises above Described and hereby granted and every part thereof against himself and his heirs and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever to the s.d Henry Ogle his heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents (the Rents and Services hereafter to grow due and owing for the s.d seventy five Acres of Land above Described unto the Right Honble the Lord Propry of this Province and his Successors only Excepted and foreprized) And the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r shall and will at any time and Times hereafter at the reasonable request and Charges in the Law of him the said Henry Ogle and his heirs make Do Suffer and Execute any further Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the more perfect and better Assuring and Conveying the said seventy five Acres of Land above described unto the said Henry Ogle his heirs and Assigns forever according to the True Intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the said Thomas Bladen hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day and Year above Written Thomas Bladen seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Sealed & Delivered In the Psence of Jn.o Brice Simon Duff (April) |
