499) April 4.th 1744 Then reced from the above Exors the full sum of Two hundred and forty five pounds and Ten Shillings sterling being the Consideration Expressed in the above Indented Psents in full P us Cha.s Carroll Witness C Carroll John Darnall £ Benj.a Young Jun 245 10 ster 3 Recorded April 4.th 1744 Ex.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture ^made^ the ninth day of April in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Forty Four Between his Excellency Thomas Bladen Esq.r Governour of Maryland of the one part And Henry Ogle of Charles County Clerk of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Bladen Esq.r for an in Consideration of the sum of Thirty pounds sterling to him in hand paid by the said Henry Ogle at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted Bargained Sold Aliened and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien and Confirm unto the said Henry Ogle his heirs and Assigns forever Seventy five acres of Land lying in Charles County afs.d part of a Parcell of Land Called Lynes's Delight to begin at the Line of Samuel Luckett's Line which Intersects the North Line of the said Land and to run the rest of the bounds so as to make seventy five Acres and also all Profits Improvements Buildings ways waters Commodities Advantages and Hereditaments whatsoever to the said seventy five Acres of Land and Premisses above mentioned belonging or in any wise appurtaining and also the Reversion & Reversions remainder and remainders Rents and Services of the s.d Premisses & of every part thereof and all the Estate Right Title |
