       Justices of the Provincial Court

          Vide Mortgage to which the Subsequent Release Referrs Record'd before in fol 151
Ex.d To all to Whom these indented Presents shall Come Greeting Know
       Ye that the within Mess.rs Charles Carrolls for and in Consideration of the
       full sum of Two hundred and forty five pounds and Ten shillings Sterling
       money in hand duly paid by the Executors of the within named Edward
       Hall the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have and by these
       presents Do Remise Release and forever Quit Claim All their
       Right Title Interest Property Claim and demand whatsoever of in an
       to the within Mortgaged three Tracts of Land and Premises with the
       appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to the Heirs or Executors
       To Have and to Hold the said Mortgaged Premisses and
       every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Heirs or Exors
       and their heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or
       purpose whatsoever And the said Mess.rs Charles Carrolls shall and
       will Warrant and defend to the heirs or Executors of the said Edw.d Hall
       the said Premises and every part and parcel thereof against them the
       said Charles Carrolls and their Heirs and all others Claiming under any
       of them In Witness whereof the said Charles Carrolls have hereunto set
       their hands and seals this fourth Day of April Anno Dom one Thousand
       seven hundred and Forty Four
