490) over of all and singular the said Land and Premises hereby bargained and sold or Intended to be bargained and sold to the said Robert Langford his heirs and Assigns forever And the s.d William Bradshaw Doth for himself Declare that at the time of the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents that he is Lawfully Seized of and in the said fifty acres of Land and Premises of a good firm Rightfull and Indefeazable Estate of Inheritance And that the said Robert Langford his heirs and Assigns may for ever hereafter Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy & Enjoy the said fifty acres of Land and Premises without any Let Suit Trouble or Disturbance of him the said W.m Bradshaw his heirs or Assigns And the s.d William Bradshaw his heirs and Assigns shall and will at all times hereafter Warrant and defend the said fifty Acres of Land and Premises unto him the said Rob.t Langford his heirs and Assigns against all or any person or persons whatsoever Laying Claim thereto by or under him the said William Bradshaw his heirs or Assigns and no further according to the True intent and meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the said William Bradshaw hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and Year above Written his Signed Sealed & Delivered William M Bradshaw seal In the Presence of Mark Alex.r Warfield Son of Rich.d Nicholas Gassaway son Tho.s On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t I do hereby acknowledge to have received of the within named Rob.t Langford the sum of three Thousand three hundred and pounds of Tobacco being the full Consideration for the within mentioned Land and Premises reced this day of 1743 (Mem.d) |
