       the Head of Hawlings River being the most Norther most head
       thereof and running thence South fifty Degrees West forty Perches
       thence North thirty five Degrees West Two hundred Perches thence North
       fifty degrees East forty Perches then with a Straight Line to the first
       beginning Containing and laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or
       Less Together with all and Singular the Premises and appurtenances
       to the said Lands belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
       and to hold the said fifty Acres of Land Together with the Premises
       and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Rob.t
       Langford his heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper use and
       behoofe of him the said Robert Langford his heirs and Assigns and
       to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said William
       Bradshaw for himself his heirs and Assigns Doth hereby Covenant
       Promise grant and agree to and with the said Robert Langford
       his heirs and Assigns for ever that he the said William Bradshaw
       his heirs and Assigns shall and will from time to time and at all
       times for ever hereafter Warrant and Defend the said fifty acres
       of Land and Premises with its appurtenances against any
       person or persons Claiming or to Claim any Right Title or Interest
       unto the afs.d fifty Acres of Land and Premises by or under him the
       said William Bradshaw his heirs or Assigns and the said William
       Bradshaw Doth further agree for himself his heirs and Assigns
       to and with the said Robert Langford his heirs and Assigns that
       he the said William Bradshaw his heirs or Assigns shall and will
       from time to time and at all times ^forever^ hereafter Do make acknowledge
       suffer and Execute or Cause to be made Done acknowledged suffered
       and Executed all and every such other Act or Acts thing or things
       assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by the said Robert
       Langford his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned
       in the Law shall be from time to time reasonably Devised or
       Advised for the further and better Assurance and sure making
