Ex.d Maryland fs.t   This Indenture made this Twenty Seventh
       Day of February Anno Dom one Thousand seven hundred and  
       Forty three Between William Bradshaw of Ann Arundel
       County Planter of the one part and Robert Langford of the same
       County Carpenter on the other part Witnesseth that the said Will.m
       Bradshaw for and in Consideration of the sum of three Thousand
       three hundred pounds of Tobacco to him in hand paid by the said
       Rob.t Langford the receipt whereof the said William Bradshaw
       Doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith to be fully satisfied
       Contented and paid hath given granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       released and Confirmed And by these Presents Doth give grant
       Bargain Sell Alien release and Confirm unto him the said
       Robert Langford his heirs and Assigns for ever all that Tract
       or Parcel of Land Called and known by the name of Shaddy
       Grove Scituate Lying and being in Prince Georges County
       and beginning at three bounded Chesnut Saplins standing at
