       Trouble in the Performance and Execution of his Officer and Trust
       hereby granted and Committed unto him and he is to receive or be
       allowed in his accounts out of the Revenue arrising to his
       Majesty by the post of Letters within the said Provinces and
       Dominions such Yearly Sallary and also such further allowances
       emoluments and advantages and in such manner as is and are
       Contained and mentioned to be so given granted and allowed him
       in and by Certain Articles of agreement bearing even date with
       this our Deputation or Deed Poll and made or mentioned to be
       made Between us the said Thomas Lord Lovell and Sir John
       Eyles Baronet as his Majestys Postmaster General of the
       one part and the said Elliott Benger on the other Part
       which Salary and other allowances are to Commence and take
       Place upon the Day of the said Elliott Banger his Executing
       the said Articles on his part And we do hereby from the time of
       his Executing the said Articles Supersede revoke and make
       Null and Void all and every other Deputation Constitution or appointment
       made given or granted by us or any former Postmaster
       General to Head Lynch or to any other person or persons
       whatsoever to Execute the office of Deputy Postmaster Gen.l
       or to manage the Posts Settled in his Majesty's Provinces and
       Dominions in America or any part thereof And we do hereby
       Declare the same to be from the day of Executing the said Articles
       as afs.d Null and Void And do hereby further Depute Authorize
       and appoint the said Elliott Benger to enter upon and take
       possession of his said Office and Trust any other Deputation
       Constitution or appointment whatsoever Notwithstanding
       In Witness whereof we the said Tho.s Lord Lovell and Sir John
