       think fitt All & every or any such Plantations Lands Messuages Tenements
       & Estates whatsoever late belonging to the said John Taillor
       Deced & now to her the said Margaret Higginson as only Daughter
       & Heir Sole Executrix & Devisee of the said John Taillor Deced Scituate
       & being in the Province of Maryland af.d & to receive & take the
       Purchase Money or Produce for the same And upon Sale & Disposal
       of the said Plantations Lands Messuages Tenements & Estates or
       any Part thereof to sign seal Duely Execute & Deliver unto or to
       the Use of Such Purchaser or Purchasers his her or their Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns All & every such Deeds Writings
       Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever as shall be
       required for the Effectual Conveying & Assuring the said Premisses     
       or any Part thereof And Generally to do perform & Execute
       all & whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary in or about the
       Premisses as fully & Effectually to all Intents & Purposes as she the
       said Constituant (in the Quality af.d) might or could do if
       Personally present with Power to Substitute one or more
       Attorneys under them or either of them with like or limitted
       power & the same again to revoke she the said Constituant
       hereby ratifying Confirming & holding for Good & Valid all &
       whatsoever her said Attorneys or Either of them joyntly or
       Severally or their or either of their Substitutes shall lawfully
       Do or Cause to be Done in or about the Premisses by Virtue of
       these Present Thus Done & passed in london af.d in the Presence
       of the underwritten Witnesses
