       me the Subscriber one of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial
       Court the within named Samuel Howard who acknowledged the
       within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Lands Negroes
       and Stock of Cattle Hoggs Sheep and horses therein mentioned with
       their Increase to be the Right and Estate of the within named John
       Brice his heirs and Assigns forever according to the True intent
       and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such
       Cases made and Provided
