       Will for ever Warrant and Defend by these Presents and the said
       Samuel for himself and his heirs further Covenants and agrees to
       and with the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns that he the
       said Samuel Howard and his heirs shall and will when thereto
       required by the said John Brice his heirs or Assigns and at the proper
       Cost and Charges of him the said Samuel Howard and his heirs make
       do acknowledge and suffer or Cause to be made Done acknowledged
       and suffered a Common recovery with single Double or Triple
       Vouchers to and for the use of him the said John Brice his heirs and
       Assigns and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       such as the said John Brice his heirs or Assigns or his or their
       Council Learned in the Law shall devise advise or require for
       the Docking or Cutting off the Intail of the said Last mentioned
       Several Tracts or Parcels of Land or any of them and for the more
       firmly barring the heirs intail or any of them from the afs.d
       Tracts of Land or any of them   Provided Always and it is
       the true intent and meaning of these Presents that in Case the
       said Samuel Howard his Heirs Executors or Adm.rs do and shall
       well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said John Brice his
       heirs or Assigns the afs.d sums of two hundred and eighty three
       pounds Current money with legal Interest thereon from the said
       Tenth day of September last past and also the sum of five shillings
       Current money afs.d with legal Interest on the afs.d Two hundred
       and eighty three pounds and five Shillings from the Date hereof
       at or upon the tenth Day of August which shall be in the Year of
       our Lord Seventeen hundred and forty seven the Interest on the
       said sums to be paid Annually as the same shall become due
       w.thout fraud Covin or further Delay then the aforegoing Indenture
       to be Void otherwise to remain in full force and Virtue in Law
       and the said Samuel Howard for himself his heirs Executors
