       Priviledges and Advantages to the same Several Tracts or Parcels
       of Land or any of them belonging or in any wise appertaining also one
       Negro Woman named Nan one Negro man named Ellick and one
       Negro man named Robin with the Increase of the said Nan also all
       the said Samuel his Stock of Black Cattle Hoggs and Sheep whether
       the same be marked with the Proper mark of the said Samuel or any
       other mark or whether they be marked or not also all the said Samuel
       Howard his Stock of Horse Mares or Geldings with the Increase
       of the said Cattle Hoggs Sheep and Mares To have and to
       hold all and Singular the last mentioned Several Tracts or Parcels
       of Land (to wit) Part of Warners Neck Porters Hills Part of Howards
       Inheritance and Howard's Range with their and each and every
       of Rights members Priviledges Advantages and appurtenances
       also the Reversion and reversions remainder and remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of all and singular the Premises together with
       the afs.d Negroes Nan Ellick and Robin and the increase of the
       said Nan also the said Stock of Black Cattle Hoggs Sheep and
       Horses with their Increase and every of them unto him the said
       John Brice his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only Proper use
       and behoof of him the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns
       and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the
       said Samuel Howard for himself his heirs Ex.rs and adm.rs doth
       hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said John Brice his
       heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel his heirs Ex.rs and
       Adm.rs the last mentioned several Tracts or Parcels of Land
       with their and each ^& every^ of their premises and appurtenances and
       also the afs.d Negroes Nan and her Increase Ellick and Robin and
       also the afs.d Stock of Black Cattle Hoggs Sheep Horses and their
       Increase unto him the said John Brice his heirs and Assigns
       from and against all manner of Persons whatsoever shall and
