Ex.d This Indenture made the Twenty seventh Day of December
       in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and forty Three
       Between John Howard of Baltimore County Planter third son
       of Samuel Howard late of Ann Arundell County Planter Deceased of the
       one part and Samuel Howard of Ann Arundell County Planter
       Eldest son and heir of the said Samuel Howard Deceased of the other
       Part Whereas the said Samuel Howard the Deceased in his life time
       being Possessed of Interested and Entituled unto Several Tracts of
       Land scituate lying and being in Ann Arundel County afores.d
       (that is to say) Porters Hills Containing Two hundred acres Part
       of Warner's Neck Containing one hundred and Twenty Acres Howard's
       Inheritance Containing four hundred and forty nine Acres Lancaster
       Plain or Plains Containing one hundred and eighty Acres, and
       Howards Range Containing three hundred and Twenty one Acres lying
       in Baltimore County did by his Last will and Testament in Writing
       duly Proved and recorded in the Prerogative Office of Maryland
       bearing Date the ninth Day of February seventeen hundred and
       Twenty three give and bequeath unto his three sons Samuel Howard
       Thomas Howard and John Howard all his Reall Estate that he had
       any Right or Title to whatsoever to them and their heirs for ever
       to be Equally Divided between them and soon after Dyed his
       said three sons him surviving And Whereas the said Samuel
       Howard part to these Presents hath purchased of the said John
       Howard as well all his Right Title and Interest which he now hath
       of in and unto Porters Hills and part of Warners Neck and Howards
       Inheritance and Lancaster Plain or Plains and Howards Range
       as also all his Right Title and interest which he the said John shall
       hereafter have thereto after the Decease of Elizabeth Rumney the
       widow of the said Samuel Howard Deceased Now this Indenture
