       Containing ^as afd^ One hundred Acres with its Appurtenances In Trust
       that is to say One fifth Part to the Use & behoofe of Benjamin Tasker
       Esq.r his Heirs & Assignes for Ever One fifth Part of the said Land & Premisses
       to the Use & behoofe of Daniel Dulany Esq.r his Heirs & Assignes
       for Ever One fifth Part to the Use & behoofe of Charles Carroll Son of
       Daniel Carroll of Duddington Mannor deceased his Heirs & Assigns
       for Ever One fifth Part to the Use & behoofe of Charles Carroll of the
       City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon his Heirs & Assigns for Ever & the other
       fifth to the Use of the af.d Charles Carroll Esq.r Party to these Presents
       his Heirs & Assigns for Ever as Tenants in Common & not as Joynt
       Tenants to take by Survivorship And the said George Skeyman
       doth for him & his Heirs Covenant & Agree to & with him the said
       Charles Carroll Esq.r that he the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and
       Assigns for Ever shall & may Peaceably have hold & Enjoy the said
       Bargained Premisses to the Uses af.d as well against him the said
       George Skeyman & his Heirs or any other of by from or under him
       or them Claiming as against all Manner of Persons & Claims
       whatsoever In Witness whereof & the foregoing Premisses the
       said Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably set their
       Hands & Seals the Day & Year first above written
