       the least before any such Sale shall be made and that the consideration money
       arising on or by such Sale shall be paid by the Purchaser or Purchasers to
       the said Agent or attorney in fact and not otherwise and that the said John
       Philpot and Edw.d Lee shall render unto the said Thomas Sligh his Exors on
       Administrators a just account of the Sales of the said Tobacco and Apply the
       Proceeds thereof to the payment of the Principal money and Interest herein
       before mentioned In Witness whereof the said Thomas Sligh hath hereunto set
