       Range Containing fifty Acres, Rider's Industry Cont.a forty eight Acres
       Sophia Garden Cont.a one hundred Acres Find Me Out Containing thirty
       Acres, Michaele Beginning Cont.a fifty Acres John Beginning cont.a
       forty Acres Sampson's Favour Cont.a fifty Acres, and also all that other
       Tract of Land Called Shrewsbury containing sixty five Acres all which
       herein before mentioned Tracts or Parcells of Land are lying and being
       in Baltimore County with their and every of their Buildings
       Improvements Profits Advantages and Appurts together with the
       fourteen Slaves mentioned and named in the Schedule hereunto
       Annexed and also the White Servants and other goods and Chattles
       likewise mentioned and Comprized in the same schedule signed with
       the proper hand Writing and name of the said Thomas Sligh And
       also one hundred and Ten Hogsheads of Maryland leaf Tobacco Ship.d
       on board the Sea Horse Thomas Rendell Master Fourteen Hogsheads
       of Maryland leaf Tobacco Shipped on board the Ship Cambridge
       John Dunkin Master and Twelve Hogsheads of Maryland leaf
       Tobacco Shipped on Board the Ship Bladen Samuel Lawrence
       Master To have and to hold the said Several Lands and
       Tenements above mentioned with their and every of their appurts to the
       said John Philpot and Edward Lee their heirs and Assigns for ever to their
       own Proper use and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and to have and to hold the said Servants Slaves and other the goods
       and Chattles in the said Schedule mentioned and Expressed and all and every
       the Several Hogsheads of Tobacco herein also before mentioned to the said
       John Philpot and Edward Lee their Ex.rs Admin.rs and Assigns to their
       own use and behoofe and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose  whatsoever
       And the said Thomas Sligh for himself his heirs Executors and Adm.rs
       Doth by these Presents Covenant grant and agree to and with the said
       John Philpot and Edw.d Lee their heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns that
       he the said Thomas Sligh at the time of the ensealing and Delivery of these
       Presents is Lawfully and Rightfully Seised in his Demesne as of fee of and
       in the said Several Tracts of Land above mentioned with their and every
       of their appurts absolutely Discharged from all Incumbrances whatsoever
       the Quit Rents to the Right Honble the Lord Propry hereafter to Grow due
       only excepted and that he the said Thomas Sligh and his heirs the said
