Ex.d        This Indenture made the Twenty Second Day of September
       Anno Dom one Thousand seven hundred and forty three Between
       Thomas Sligh of Baltimore County Planter of the one part and
       John Philpot and Edward Lee jun.r of London Merchant of the other
       Part Whereas there is now really and bona fide due and owing from the
       said Thomas Sligh to the said John Philpot and Edward Lee Twelve hund.d
       seventy three pounds seven shillings and seven pence Sterling Together
       with the legal Interest thereof from the sixteenth Day of May last past
       Now this Indenture Witnesseth That the said Thomas Sligh for
       and towards payment and Satisfaction of the said Twelve hundred seventy
       three pounds seven Shillings and seven pence and the Interest thereof
       Hath given granted Bargained Sold made over and Confirmed and by
       these Presents doth give grant Bargain Sell make over and Confirm
       unto the said John Philpot and Edward Lee the several Lands and
       Tenements Serv.ts Slaves and other goods and Chattles hereafter mentioned
       To wit all those Tracts of Land Called Privilege containing four hundred
       and forty Acres Fibbes united Inheritance contain^in^g six hundred and
       forty Acres Corbins Rest cont.a one hundred and fifty Acres Jonas
