Ex.d This Indenture Made the tenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord
       God One thousand Seven hundred & Forty three Between Samuel Howard
       of Ann Arundel County Planter Eldest Son & Heir at Law of Samuel
       Howard late of the County af.d Deceased of the one Part & John Brice
       of the County af.d of the other part Witnesseth that the sid Samuel
       Howard for & in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred Eighty and
       three pounds Current Money to him the said Samuel Howard at
       his Special Instance & request lent & delivered by the said John Brice
       the Receipt whereof he the said Samuel Howard Doth hereby acknowledge
       Hath given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed
       & by these Presents for himself his Heirs Executors & Adm.rs Doth fully
       Clearly & absolutely give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoff & Confirm
       unto him the said John Brice his Heirs & Assigns for Ever All his
       Right title Interest Property Claim & Demand of what Nature or
       kind soever Which he now hath or hereafter mentioned to wit
       part of Warners Neck Containing One hundred & twenty Acres of
       Land more or less Lancasters Plains Containing One hundred and
       Eighty Acres of Land more or less Porters Hills Containing two hundred
       Acres of Land more or less Part of Howards Inheritance containing
       three hundred Eighty Seven Acres of Land more or less Scituate
       lying & being in Ann.ll County af.d Also Howards Range lying in
       Baltimore County Containing three hundred & twenty one Acres of
       Land more or less together with all the Houses outhouses Gardens
       Orchards Woods Underwoods Pastures fencing ways Priviledges and
       Advantages to the same Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging or appertaining
       Also one Negro Woman named Nan One Negro man
       named Ellick & one Negro man Robin with the Increase of the said
       Nan also all his the said Samuel's Stock of Black Cattle Horses Mares
       Geldings Sheep & Hogs with their Increase To have & to hold the af.d
       several Tracts or Parcells of Land & also the af.d Negroes Nan Ellick &
       Robin with the Increase of the said Nan together with the af.d Stock
       of Cattle Hogs Sheep Horses & Hogs with their Increase unto him
