430) w.tsoever as they my said Attorneys or either of them shall deem most for my Benefit & Advantage and any Matter or Thing in Difference between myself & any other person w.tsoever to submit unto and determine by Arbitracon or any other amicable Method & to receive what shall be due to me upon any Account Agreem.t Award or other Determination & upon Recoveries & Receipts to make and give due and sufficient Acquittances and Discharges, & if needful for me to appear & my Person to represent in any Court or Courts convenient and there to prosecute and defend any Suit or Suits Comenced or to be commenced by or ag.st me in my own Right or in any other Right or Capacity w.tsoever and to pursue implead seize sequester attach make Distress imprison & ^Condemn and^ out of prison again when Need shall be to deliver, cum Facultate & substituendi and generally in and about the Premisses to do, say, transact & accomplish whatsoever I my self might or could do if I were Personally present, I hereby promising to hold and ratify for good and valid w.tsoever my said Attorneys or either of them or either or either of their Substitutes shall lawfully do or procure to be done in the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents, In Witness whereof I the s.d W.m Timbrill have hereunto put my Hand and Seal this twenty eighth Day of March in the Year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred & forty three Sealed and Delivered W.m Timbrill Seal in the Presence of Tho.s Lusby Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Power of Attorney was this indorst (Viz.t) George Lingan Sept 9.th 1743 Then came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordship's the Lord Propry's Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland Thomas Lusby Jun.r and George Lingan the two subscribing Evidences to the within Power of Attorney and severally made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that they see the within named William Timbrill sign Seal and in due Form of Law deliver the within Power of Attorney as his Act and Deed to & for the several Uses Intents and Purposes therein Mentioned Sworn to before me 5 Sides Recorded September the 9.th 1743 Robert Gordon |
