       On the Back of the aforegoing Instrument of writing was thus
       Endorst Viz.t   Calvert County fs.t   April the 14.th 1743
       Witnesseth John Chaddock made Oath on the holy evangelist
       that he saw Cap.t William Chapman sign Seal and Deliver the
       within Power of Attorney for the uses and intents therein mentioned
       Sworn to ^this^ the 14 Day of April 1743 before us two of his Lordship's
       Justices of said County

       Alex.r Lawson of Baltimore County in the Province af.d Merchant
       one Negro man named Hercules aged about Twenty Years One
       Negro man named Cooper aged about Twenty Years & one Negro
       Woman named Lucy about Eighteen Years one Negro Woman
       named Hannah aged about Twenty Years One Negro Girl named
       Biner aged about five Years old One Negro Girl named Ann aged ab.t
