       June the 3.d 1743 Then reced of and from the within named Jeremiah Mullikin
       Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin Mullikin the full sum of one hundred and
       ninety two pounds and ten Shillings Sterling money being the Consideration

       June the 3.d 1743 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordship's
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Witham Marshe and Greebury
       Dorsey and acknowledged the within Instrument to be their Act and Deed
       and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be for the use and behoof
       of the within named Jeremiah Mullikin Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin
       Mullikin & their heirs and Assigns for ever according to the Act of Assembly
       in such Cases made and Provided

       Mary Dorsey Wife of Greenberry Dorsey and acknowledged the within
       Deed according to Law
