424) use of them the said Jeremiah Mullikin, Thomas Mullikin, and Benjamin Mullikin, their heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Greenberry Dorsey for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and ninety two pounds and ten Shillings Sterling money to him in hand paid by the said Jeremiah Thomas and Benjamin Mullikin the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath given granted Bargained Sold made Over and confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain sell make Over and Confirm unto the said Jeremiah Mullikin Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin Mullikin the said five hundred and fifty Acres of Plantable Land with the appurtenances in Ann Arundell County being the Moiety of Two Tracts of Land the one called Stimson's Choice, the other called Merritons Fancy together with all Buildings improvem.ts Profits Commodities and Advantages thereunto belonging To have and to hold to them the said Jeremiah Mullikin Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin Mullikin and their Heirs and Assigns and to their own use and Benefit and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And It is Covenanted and agreed by and between all the said Parties and their Several and Respective Heirs that the said recovery was had and Suffered and is hereby Declared to be to the use and behoof of the said Jeremiah Mullikin Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin Mullikin their heirs and Assigns and to the intent and purpose that they may be invested with an indefeizable Estate of inheritance in fee Simple of and in the said Five hundred and fifty Acres of Plantable Land above mentioned with all and Singular the appurtenances And the said Greenberry Dorsey for himself and his heirs Doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Jeremiah Mullikin Thomas Mullikin and Benjamin Mullikin their heirs and Assigns that they and every of them shall and May forever hereafter Quietly and Peaceably have hold possess and Enjoy All and Singular the herein before mentioned Premisses freely and Absolutely Discharged of and from all claims incumbrances and Charges Whatsoever the Rents and Services hereafter to Arise and Grow Due to the Lord (Propry) |
