       Dorsey Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Widow of the one
       Part, and Greenberry Dorsey of the same County and Province of the other
       Part, Witnesseth That Whereas the said Comfort Dorsey Doth hold
       for the Term of her Life one Moyety or half Part of Two Tracts of
       Land Lying in Ann Arundel County Called Stimpson's Choice & Meriton
       Fancy which Moyety Contains five hundred and fifty nine Acres with
