420) Lott any wise belonging or appurtaining And Likewise free Leave and full Liberty to raise carry off and otherwise work All the Iron Ore Ores or Mine on the said Pistole Thickett or any part thereof To have and To hold the Lands and Premisses herein before mentioned and described And all and every Part and Parcell of them with their Advantages and Appurtenances to him the said Charles Carroll his heir and Assigns for ever to his and their proper use and behoof and to no other use Intent or meaning Whatsoever And the said John Harryman doth for him his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant and agree to and with him the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles his heirs and Assigns forever Shall and may have hold and Enjoy the said Fifty Acres Part of Hazard Ten Acres Part of Pistole Thickett and all his the said John Harryman's Part of the said Rivess's Lott And also all the Iron Ore Ores or Mine on the said Hundred Acres Called Pistole Thickett with Liberty to Digg Raise Worke or Carry off the same to him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns forever as well against him the said John Harryman his heirs and Assigns or any from by or under ^him or^ them claiming as against all manner of Persons or Claims whatsoever, And the said John Harryman doth Covenant and agree to and ^with^ him the said Charles that at any time within the Space and Term of five Years from the date hereof he the said John Harryman and his heirs shall and will Execute any other ^or further^ Deed or Deeds for the better and more secure making over unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever the aforesaid Bargained Premisses that he the said Charles Carroll his heirs or Assigns or his or their Learned Councill in the Law shall advise Devise or require In Witness whereof and the aforegoing Premisses the said Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written John Harryman Seal On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorst as follows Viz.t (Sealed) |
