422) the appurtenances thereunto belonging the immediate reversion or Remainder whereof doth belong to the said Greenberry Dorsey and his heirs or to the Heirs of his body Lawfully begotten for ever Now the said Comfort Dorsey for the perfecting some Assurance Shortly to be made of the said Moiety by way of common recovery as is hereby Acknowledged that for and in consideration of five Shillings to her in hand paid by the said Greenberry Dorsey the receipt whereof she does hereby Acknowledge to have received from the said Greenberry Dorsey Hath granted and Surrendered and by these Presents Doth Grant and Surrender unto the said Greenberry Dorsey and his heirs all the said Moiety of Lands as above Specified and mentioned and all the Estate right Title and interest of her the said Comfort Dorsey therein To have and to hold the said Lands and Premisses unto the said Greenberry Dorsey his heirs and Assigns without the Let Hindrance Molestation or Disturbance of her the said Comfort Dorsey her Executors Adm.rs or Assigns or of any other Person or Persons Whatsoever claiming or to Claim by from or under her, In Witness whereof the said Comfort Dorsey hath to these Presents set her hand and Seal the Day and Year first above Written Comfort Dorsey Seal Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Vincent Dorsey Jo Hammondorsey On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t Maryland fs.t Decemb.r the 31.st 1742 Then Came the within named Vincent Dorsey and John Hammond Dorsey (the) |
