       Numbers or Content of Acres as shall be thought fit and requisite unto which
       said Writ or Writs the said John Hicks shall appear in Proper Person
       and Shall ^Vouch^ to Warra^n^ty the said Tho.s and William Egertons who Shall
       appear Gratis upon the Voucher and Shall enter into Warranty and
       shall Vouch over to Warranty the common Vouchee and the Common
       Vouchee Shall appear and imparle and afterwards make Default
       whereby one or more recovery or recoveries Judgment or Judgments may
       be had and given for the said George Luxford for Recovery of the said
       two Thousand four hundred Acres of Land part of the said Three
       Thousand Acres of Land Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses
       afs.d against the said John Hicks and for the said John Hicks to
       Recover Over in Value against the said Thomas and William Egerton
       and for the said Thomas and William Egerton to recover in Value
       against the Common Vouchee according to the manner and form
       of Common Recoveries in Such Cases used And it is further Covenanted
       Granted Concluded Agreed and Declared by and between all and every
       the said Parties to these Presents and the true Intent and meaning
       of the Parties to these Presents that from and Immediately
       after the said Common Recovery or recoveries Shall be had
       Prosecuted and Suffered as aforesaid of the said Premisses the
       said recovery or recoveries Shall be and enure And Shall be
       Construed Esteemed Adjudged and taken to be and Ennure and
       are hereby Declared to have been Intended to be And Enure That
       the said George Luxford and all and every other person and
       persons which shall be Seized of the Premisses or any Part
       thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common recovery or recoveries
       shall stand and be Seized thereof and of every part and Parcell
