       Annapolis Esquire on the other Part Witnesseth that Whereas the
       said John Parrish by Indenture made between him and the afs.d Charles
       Carroll bearing Date the fourteenth day of February in the year of our
       Lord God one Thousand seven hundred Thirty and nine for the consideration
       of One hundred forty one pounds Seventeen Shillings and four pence
       Sterling and Seventy Six pounds Current money of Maryland to him in
       hand paid did make over unto him the said Charles his heirs and Assigns
       for ever the Dwelling Plantation of him the said John Parrish as
       mentioned and Described in the last Will and Testament of Edward
       Parrish Father of the said John and all other the Land Adjacent being
       Part of Parrishes Range And one hundred Twenty Acres Part of
       Parrish's Fear and four hundred Acres one Moiety of eight hundred Acres
       Devised by Edward the Father afores.d to William Parrish and which
       became the Estate of him the said John with a Proviso for the payment
       of said Sums with Lawfull Interest as by the said Deed Referrence thereunto
       being had may more at large appear And Whereas the s.d
       Charles Carroll on behalf of himself and Company hereon after named
       hath paid and Advanced unto him the said John Parrish since the
       making the deed afs.d Divers sum of money Amounting to the sum
       of Seventy two pounds nine Shillings and three pence Sterling money
       Exclusive of the afores.d Consideration of one hundred and forty one
       Pounds Seventeen Shillings and four Pence Sterling and Seventy six
       pounds Current money the Receipt Whereof the said John Parrish
       Doth hereby acknowledge and therewith is fully Content and Satisfied
       and thereof and from every part and Parcell thereof Doth Acquit
       Exonerate discharge and Release him the said Charles Carroll
       his heirs Executors Adm.rs and Assigns In Consideration whereof
       And for Divers other good Causes & Considerations him the said
       John Parrish thereunto moving Hath fully Absolutely and freely
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released Quit Claim & Confirmed
       and by these presents doth Absolutely & freely Bargain Sell Alien
