       to the within named James Johnson according to the Form and Direction
       of the Act of Assembly in that Case lately made and provided When the
       said Catherine was by me privately and out of the Hearing
       of her said Husband examined In that Examination declared that
       she made the same acknowledgment willingly and freely and without
       being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill Usage by her
       said Husband or for fear of his Displeasure
