       Recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected and executed to the Uses Intents and
       Purposes herein after mentioned expressed and declared and to and for no other Use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever And thereupon it is covenanted concluded and
       agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that before the End of
       the next provincial Court to be held at Annapolis one or more Writ or Writs of Entry
       sur Disseizin enle Post shall be brought and prosecuted in the Name of and at the
       only proper Cost and Expence of the said William Murray as Plaintiff or
       Demandant therein against the said James Johnson as Tenant or Defendant
       of the said bargained Lands and Appurtenances by such Names Quantities
       Qualities Numbers of Messuages and other Certainties and Descriptions as
       shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf to which Writ or Writs the said
       James Johnson shall appear gratis by his Attorney or in his proper person
       and shall and will vouch to warrant the Premisses the said Moses Driskill and
       Katherine his Wife who shall likewise appear Gratis in their proper
       Persons or by their Attorney and shall vouch to warrant the said bargained
       Premisses the said William Driskill who shall likewise appear gratis in
       his proper person or by his Attorney and shall vouch to warrant the said
       bargained premisses the common Vouchee and such other and further Proceedings
       shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect common Recovery or
       Recoverys with treble Voucher shall or may be had perfected and executed
       in all Things according to the usual Form of common Recoverys with treble
       Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed and it is
       hereby covenanted agreed and declared by and between all the said Parties to
       these Presents that such Recovery or Recoveries so as af.d or many other Manner
       to be suffered concerning the said bargained Premisses shall be and enure & shall be
       adjudged construed deem'd and taken to be and enure and the said James
       Johnson and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons which
       shall then or at any Time thereafter stand seised of the said bargained Premisses
       or any part thereof by Virtue of these Presents or of the said Recovery or Recoveries
