       or further Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances in the Law for
       the more sure ^secure^ making over the said mentioned Several Tracts of Land
       with their and every of their Respective appurtenances that he the
       said Charles his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the
       law shall require Devise or Advise In Witness whereof and the
       aforegoing Premisses the said Parties to these Presents Have
       Interchangeably sett their hands and affixed their Seals the day
