       or Parcells of Land Scituate lying & being in Baltimore County on
       the North Side of Middle River that is to say Anderson Camp thirty
       four Acres Anthony & Ann One hundred Acres Doggwood Thickett
       Two hundred & twelve Acres The Camp One hundred Acres Containing
       in all Four hundred Forty Six Acres of Land as Appears
       by the several & respective Grants Together with all & Singular
       the Buildings Orchards Fencing Woods Underwoods Profits Advantages
       & Appurtenances whatsoever in upon or to the said Several
       Tracts of Land or any of them belonging & appurtaining
       To have and to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs &
       Assignes for Ever the said four severall Tracts of Land to wit Anderson
       Camp thirty four Acres Anthony and Ann One hundred Acres
       Doggwood Thickett Two hundred & twelve Acres the Camp One
       hundred Acres in all four hundred & forty Six Acres of Land together
       with all & Singular their Appurtenances to his & their proper Use
       & Benefit & Behoofe & to no other Use Meaning or Intent whatsoever
       And the said Charles Crook for himself & his Heirs doth Covenant
       & Agree to & with him the said Charles Carroll that the said Several
       Tracts or Surveys Contain within their several & respective Meets
       & Bounds as by the respective Grants for the same the Quantities
       of Land in & to Each Tract mentioned anexed & set forth in the
       whole four hundred & forty Six Acres Clear of any other or more
       Ancient Survey or Surveys And that he the said Charles Crook
       & his Heirs shall & will at all times hereafter for Ever warrant and
       Defend the said Severall Tracts of Land by their several & respective
       Meets & bounds as in the Grants Expressed & to Contain as aforesaid
       four hundred & forty Six Acres of Land as well against him the
       said Charles Crook & his Heirs or any from by or Under him or them
       Claiming as against all Manner of Persons & Claime whatsover
       And the said Charles doth further Covenant & Agree to & with him
       the said Charles Carroll that he the said Charles Crook at any time
       within the Space & Term of Seven Years to Commence from the
       Date hereof if thereto required by him the said Charles Carroll his
       Heirs or Assigns Do & Execute or suffer to be done & Executed any other
