       hand paid by the said Jacob Giles and to him the said John
       Taillor by him the said John Galloway Paid and satisfyed
       and there with is fully content and satisfied and thereof and
       from every Part and Parcel thereof doth fully Acquit release
       and Discharge the said Jacob Giles his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns as also for the better and more
       surety and suremaking and Conveying of the aforesaid Land
       and Premisses unto the said Jacob Giles his heirs and Assigns
       forever hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these Presents
       doth Give Grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoffe release and
       confirm unto the said Jacob Giles his heirs and Assigns All that
       the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land being Part of a Tract of
       Land called the Land of Promise according to the Meets and
       bound af.d containing seven hundred and twelve Acres  
       together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
       belonging To have and to hold the same unto him
       the said Jacob Giles his heirs and Assigns to the only Proper
       use and behoofe of the s.d Jacob Giles his heirs and Assigns
       for Ever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said John Taillor for himself and his heirs
       doth covenant and agree to and with the said Jacob Giles his
       heirs and Assigns that he and they shall and may from time
       to time and at all times for Ever hereafter Peaceably and
       quietly have hold Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the
       Premises without any Lett Molestation or Trouble of him
       the said John Taillor his heirs or any other Person or Persons
       claiming by from or under him or them (The Rents and
       Services hereafter to Grow due to the Lord propry only Excepted
       and fore Prized) And that he hath Good Right Lawfull
       Power and Authority to sell and Convey the Land and Premisses
       af.d with the appurtenances unto the said Jacob Giles
