Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty ^Eighth^ Day of May
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and
       Forty two Between John Taillor of London Merchant
       of the one Part and Jacob Giles of Baltimore County in the
       Province of Maryland Merchant of the Other Part Whereas
       the said John Taillor by his procuration or Letter of Attorney
       bearing Date the second day of July seventeen hundred &
       forty one did constitute and appoint M.r John Galloway
       in the Province of Maryland in America Merchant his
       true and Lawfull attorney and amongst other Powers and
       Authoritys therein mentioned Impowered the said John
       Galloway to bargain sell assign convey alien enfeoffe release
       and confirm unto such Person or Persons and for such
       consideration or considerations as his said attorney should
       think fit all and every or any such Plantations Lands
       Messuages Tenements and Estates whatsoever of or
       belonging to him the said constituant Scituate and being
       in Maryland aforesaid as he the said constituant
       should at any time or times hereafter by any Writing under
       his hand Order direct and appoint and to receive and take
       the purchase money or produce thereof for his use and thereupon
       to sign seal duely Execute and deliver unto or to the use of such
       purchaser or purchasers his or their heirs Executors Administrat.s
       or Assigns all and every such deeds Writings Conveyances
       and Assurances in the Law whatsoever as should be required
       for the effectual Conveying and Assuring the said Premisses or any
       Part thereof as by the said Procuration or Letter of attorney duely
       Executed proved Proved and recorded in the Secretary's Office
       of Maryland Relation being thereunto had may appear
       And whereas the said John Galloway by Virtue of the procuration
       or Power Letter of Attorney aforesaid by Indenture bearing Date
       the fifteenth Day of January Last Past made or mentioned
