       and Every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right
       Title and Interest Claim and demand whatsoever of him the
       said John Godsgrace of in and to the said Premisses and
       every Part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances above
       mentioned as also the said John Godsgrace for and in consideration
       of the said sum of two hundred Pounds Sterling to him in hand Paid
       by the said John Wardrop as af.d he the said John Godsgrace
       hath Bargained and sold and by these Presents Doth bargain
       and Sell unto the said John Wardrop the following four Negroe Men
       and one Negroe Woman Viz.t James Jack Charles Young Jack &
       Beck To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of  
       Land Except two hundred Acres thereof Devised to my Brother
       Ja.s Godsgrace one hundred Acres Divised to my Sister Dorcas
       Brome and one hundred sold out to one John Brady with all
       and Singular other the Premisses hereby Granted Bargained
       and sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained
       and sold and every Part and Parcel thereof with their and
       every of their appurtenances unto the said John Wardrop his
       heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns To the only use and behoof
       of the said John Wardrop his heirs and assigns forever and the s.d
       John Godsgrace for himself and his heirs the Lands and
       Premises aforesaid against him and his heirs and against
       all and every other Person and Persons whatsoever claiming
       or to Claim from and under him to the said John Wardrop his heirs
       and assigns shall and will Warrant and forever Defend To
       have and to hold Likewise the aforesaid five Negroes unto
       the aforesaid John Wardrop his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns forever and the said John Godsgrace the af.d
       Tract of Land Except as before Excepted and five Negroes unto
       the said John Wardrop his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns and against all and every other Person and Persons
       whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever shall and
