       Then North one hundred and seventeen Perches then North fifty four
       Deg.rs East eighteen Perches to the side of Hunting Creek af.d then
       binding up the said Creek as the Creek runneth South twenty four
       Degrees East twenty eight Perches then South fifty six Degrees East
       sixty eight Perches then North seven Degrees West thirty eight
       Perches then North fifty Degrees East twenty nine Perches to a
       bounded White Oak upon a Point by the Creek side being the
       North west bounded Tree of Woodman Stokelys Land then by the
       said Land South and by East three hundred thirty four Perches
       to the Land of Col John Biggar lately resurveyed for him and
       called Bigger then with the said Land South west forty two
       Perches then South eighteen Perches to a Hiccory lately bounded
       for the said land near the boot of an old Tree being the bounded
       Tree of the Land of the said Godsgrace and running West one
       hundred eighty six Perch.s to an ancient bounded white Oak
       standing at the Head of Bagby's Creek af.d then down the Creek
       these following Courses Viz.t South eighty four Degrees West thirty
       Perches then North sixty nine West sixteen Perches then South
       eighty two Degrees West sixteen Per.s then South sixty two Degrees
       West forty Perches then South nineteen Degrees West twelve Perches
       then South seven Degrees East sixteen Per.s then South thirty
       one Degrees West twenty two Perches then South sixty five
       Degrees West sixty Perches then South twenty six Perches then
       with a streight Line to the first bounded Tree containing eight
       hundred and thirty seven Acres more or less Together with
       all Gardens Stables Houses Tobacco Houses to the said Tract
       of Land belonging or any wise appertaining and also the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       and Services of all and singular the Premisses above mentioned
