       Use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore being for the Alienation
       Fine of the within Lands

Ex.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture made this nineteenth Day of
       November Anno Domini seventeen hundred and forty two Between
       John Godsgrace of Calvert County in the Province aforesaid Planter
       of the one Part and John Wardrop of the County and Province aforesaid
       Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that the said John
       Godsgrace for and in Consideration of the Sum of two hundred
       Pounds Sterling to him in hand paid by the said John Wardrop
       the Receipt whereof the said John Godsgrace doth hereby confess
       and acknowledge he the said John Godsgrace hath granted
       bargained sold aliened and confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said John
       Wardrop and his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract of
       Land called Godsgrace Levells lying in Calvert County afores.d
       Beginning at the Mouth of Baggby's Creek & running
       North thirty eight Degrees west sixty nine Perches then North
       twenty three Degrees West one hundred fifty eight Perches to an
       ancient Bound Cedar of the said Land then North thirty six
       Degrees East twenty nine Per then North forty nine Degrees
       East eighty Perches then North thirty seven Degrees East ninety
       four Perches then North three Deg.rs East one hundred eighty four
       Perches to the Mouth of Hunting Creek then up the said Creek
       East ninety eight Perches to an ancient bounded white Oak
       being likewise esteemed an Ancient bounded Tree of the said Land
       then South seventy Perches then East South East fifty Perches
