357) implead seize sequester attach arrest imprison and to condemn and out of Prison again to deliver Also to compound conclude and agree by Arbitration or otherwise as my said attorneys or either of them joyntly or severally shall think fitt and generally to do perform and Execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary in or about the Premisses as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes as I might or could do if personally present I hereby ratifying confirming and holding for good and valid ^all^ and whatsoever my said Attorneys or either of them joyntly or severally shall lawfully do or cause to be done in or about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents and one or more Attorney or Attorneys for the Purposes aforesaid to make and constitute and again at Pleasure Revoke In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty seventh Day of Septem.r in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and forty two Sealed and Delivered Sam Ogle Seal in the Presence of Geo Plater William Brogden On the Back of the Henry Ogle aforegoing Power of Attorney was thus indorst (Viz.t) Nov.r 15.th 1742 Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships the Right Honble the Lord Proprys Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the Rever.d M.r William Brogden one of the Subscribing Evidences to the within Power of Attorney and made Oath on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that he saw Samuel Ogle Esq.r sign seal and deliver the same Power of Attorney as his Act and Deed to and for the several Uses Intents and Purposes therein mentioned Sworn to before me Jn.o Brice 6 sides Recorded November the 15.th 1742 |
