       intended to be hereby bargained and sold unto the said George Gordon his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns as his own proper Goods and
       Chattels Upon special Trust and Confidence Nevertheless and to the intent
       and Purpose that the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators or
       Assigns or his or their attorney or attorneys or some or one of them shall
       and will by sale of the Goods Household Stuff and Furniture levy and
       raise Money and therewith pay and satisfy in Part all the Debts which
       are now owing and due from the said John Ramsay unto his several
       and respective Creditors so far forth as the Money arising by such
       Sale will amount unto by even and equal Portions to be divided amongst
       the said several Creditors of the said John Ramsay in Proportion to their
       several and respective Debts And the said John Ramsay doth by these
       Presents impower the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns one or more Attorney or Attorneys for the Purposes aforesaid
       under him or them to make and again at his or their Pleasure to revoke
       hereby ratifying confirming and holding for good and valid all and
       whatsoever the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators or
       Assigns or his or their attorney or attorneys shall lawfully do or cause
       to be done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents But
       if it shall so happen that the said several and respective Creditors of
       the said John Ramsay (except the said George Gordon) shall refuse to
       accept in Part of Satisfaction of their several and respective Debts
       a proportionable Part of the Money arising by such Sale as aforesaid
       then it shall and may be lawful to and for the said George Gordon his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns to take receive possess and enjoy all
       and singular the said Goods mentioned in the said Schedule to the Use of
       him the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       any Thing herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding And the
       said John Ramsay for himself Doth covenant grant and agree
       to and with the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that it shall and may be lawful to and for him
