354) the said George Gordon his Executors Administrators or Assigns or his or their Attorney or Attorneys from Time to Time to receive and take to himself or themselves all his or their reasonable Costs and Charges which he they or any of them shall expend or be put unto in and about ^the Management of^ the Premisses aforesaid out of the Money arising by such Sale Provided that the said several and respective Creditors of the said John Ramsay shall and are willing to accept and take an equal and proportionable Part of the said Money arising by the Sale of the said Goods Household Stuff and Furniture in the said Schedule hereunto annexed mentioned In Witness whereof the said John Ramsay hath to these Presents set his Hand and Seal the Day and Year abovewritten Sealed and Delivered John Ramsay Seal in the Presence of Ja.b Kindman Rich'd Burdus On the Back of the aforegoing Instrument of Writing was thus indorst Viz.t October the 27.th 1742 Then received of the within named George Gordon the full Sum of five Shillings Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned Sterling Witness P me £ 0 5 0 John Ramsay Ja.b Kindman Rich'd Burdus October 27.th 1742 On the Day and Year within mentioned came before me the subscriber one of his Lordship's Justices of the Provincial Court the within named John Ramsay and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed for the ^Uses^ Intents and Purposes therein expressed and to and for no other Use whatsoever Robert Gordon The Schedule mentioned in the aforegoing Deed follows in these Words (Viz.t) The Schedule whereof mention is made in the Indenture whereunto this is annexed (Viz.t) |
