       Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them shall and
       may by Virtue of these Presents at all times hereafter Lawfully
       Peaceably and Quietly have hold use Occupy Possess and Enjoy the
       said Land and Premises together with Each and Every of their
       appurtenances without any Lett suit Trouble Denial Interruption
       Eviction or Disturbance of the said Benjamin or Jane they
       or each of their heirs Executors administrators or assigns or from
       any other Person or Persons whatsoever Legally claiming by from
       or under him her them or any of them or by his her or their means
       act or Consent Title Interest Privity or Procurement and that the Land
       and Premisses aforesaid is free and clear of and from all former and other
       Gifts Grants Bargains sales Leases Mortguages and of and from
       other Titles Incumbrances and demands whatsoever had made
       committed suffered omitted and Done by the said Benjamin or the said
       Jane them or either of their heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
       or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming or that shall
       hereafter claim by from or under him her or them or any of them their
       or any of their heirs Executors ^Adm.rs^ or Assigns In Testimony whereof
       the said Benjamin and Jane to these Presents the Day and year
       above written have interchangeably sett their hands and seals
          Signed Sealed and Delivered               Benj.a Fowler   seal

           On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst (Viz.t)
       Reced of John Conaway the sum of five Pounds sterling being
