       Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Numbers or Contents of
       Acres as shall be thought fit and requisite unto which said Writ or
       Writs the said John Stephens shall appear in proper Person & shall
       vouch to warranty the said John Howell who shall appear Gratis
       upon the Voucher & shall enter into Warranty & shall vouch over to
       Warranty the Common Vouchee & the Common Vouchee shall appear
       & imparle & afterwards make default Whereby one or more
       Recovery or Recoveries Judgment or Judgments may be had & given
       for the said William Marshe for recovery of the said Lands & Hereditaments
       & Premisses af.d against the said John Stevens & for the said John
       Stevens to recover over in Value against the said John Howell and
       for the said John Howell to recover over in value against the Common
       Vouchee according to the manner & form of Common recoveries in Such
       Cases used And it is further Covenanted Granted concluded agreed and
       Declared by & between all & every the said Parties to these Presents &
       the true Intent & Meaning of the Parties to these Presents is that from
       & immediately after the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be
       had prosecuted & suffered as af.d of the ^said^ Premisses the said Recovery or
       Recoveries shall be Enure & shall be construed esteemed adjudged and
       taken to be and Enure & are hereby declared to have been intended to be
       & Enure that the said John Howell & all & every other Person or Persons
       which shall be Seised of the Premisses or any part thereof by force or
       Vertue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand & be
       Seised thereof & of every Part and Parcell thereof with their & every of
       their Appurtenances to the only Use & behoofe of the said John Howell
       his Heirs & Assignes & to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       set their Hands and Seals the Day & Year first abovewritten

          W Dulany            On the back of the aforegoing Release was thus
