       intended to be shortly hereafter had and solemnized between
       the said Samuel Ogle of the one Part and the said Ann Tasker
       of the other Part of the Sum of One thousand five hundred
       Pounds Sterling Money to him the said Samuel Ogle at and
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these Present Articles by
       the said Benjamin Tasker in hand paid or Secured to be paid
       by the said Benjamin Tasker for the Marriage Portion of
       the said Ann the Receipt whereof accordingly the said
       Samuel Ogle doth hereby acknowledge & himself therewith to
       be fully satisfyed and Contented and in lien recompence and
       full Satisfaction of all Such Dower or thirds as at the Common
       Law or by Custom or otherwise she the said Ann shall or may
       have or claim out of any the Real or Personal Estate whatsoever
       of the said Samuel Ogle He the said Samuel doth for
       himself His Heirs Eec.rs Administ.rs & Assignes and for every
       of them Covenant Promise and Agree ^Grant^ to and with the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Exec.rs and Adm.rs and to and with the
       said Ann Tasker by these Presents that He the said Samuel
       Ogle shall and will by Deed or Deeds Executed in his life time
       or by his last Will and Testament in Writing well & sufficiently
       Convey settle or Bequeath unto or upon her the said Ann
       Tasker in Case she shall happen to survive him the said
       Samuel Ogle the full and just Sum of three thousand Pounds
       Sterling Money to the Sole and Proper Use of the said Ann
       Tasker In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto set their hands and Seals the Day and
       Year abovewritten
