       Taillor sign seal & in due form of Law deliver the same deed
       as his Act and Deed to & for the Severall Uses Intents & Purposes
       in the same Deed mentioned And that he Saw Simon Pridham
       another of the Subscribing Evidences sign his Name
       as a Witness to the same Sworn to the Day & Year above
