336) Virginia To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting I Do hereby Certifye that Benjamin Waller Gentleman who attests the Copy of a Commission Deputing Head Lynch Esq.r Post Master General of America (hereunto annexed) is Clerk of the Secretarys Office of this Dominion and that full faith and Credit is given throughout this Colony to all things by him so attested.
