                To all to whom these presents shall come Greeting
       I Do hereby Certifye that Benjamin Waller Gentleman who
       attests the Copy of a Commission Deputing Head Lynch Esq.r Post
       Master General of America (hereunto annexed) is Clerk of the
       Secretarys Office of this Dominion and that full faith and
       Credit is given throughout this Colony to all things by him
       so attested.
                         In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my

Ex.d This Indenture Made the twenty Sixth Day of May in the
       fifteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
       the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
       Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty
       two Between John Taillor of London Merchant of the
       one part and John Galloway junior of Ann Arundell
       County in the Province of Maryland of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said John Taillor for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Two Four hundred ^and fifty^ Pounds Sterling to him in
       hand paid by the said John Galloway the Receipt whereof
       is hereby acknowledged and the said John Galloway thereof
       and therefrom by these Presents fully acquitted & discharged
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold made over & Confirmed
       And by these Presents Doth Grant bargain sell make over
       & Confirm unto the said John Galloway his Heirs & Assignes
       All that Tract of Land called the Forrest lying in Baltimore
       County on the North Side of Patapsco River Beginning
       at a bounded Red Oak it being a bounded Tree of the Land
