       and Dominions such Yearly Sallary and also such further allowances
       Emoluments and Advantages and in such manner as is
       and are contained and mentioned to be so given granted and
       allowed him in and by Certain Articles of Agreement bearing
       even Date with this our Deputation or Deed Poll and Made or
       mentioned to be made Between Us the said Thomas Lord Lovell
       and Sir John Eyles Baronett his Majestys Postmaster General
       of the one Part and the said Head Lynch on the other Part
       Which Sallary & other Allowances are to Commence and take
       Place upon the Day the said Head Lynch The Executing the
       Articles on his Part And We do hereby from the time of his
       Executing the said Articles superseed revoke and make Null
       and Void all and every other Deputation Constitution or Appointment
       Made given or granted by Us or any former Postmaster
       General to the Honourable Colonel Alexander Spotswood or to any
       other Person or Persons whatsoever to execute the Office of Deputy
       Postmaster General or to manage the Posts settled in his Majestys
       Provinces and Dominions in America or any Part thereof
       And do hereby declare the same to be from the Day of Executing  
       the said Articles aforesaid Null and Void And do hereby further
       Depute authorize and appoint the said Head Lynch to Enter
       upon and take Possession of his said Office and Trust any other
       Deputation Constitution or appointment whatsoever notwithstanding
       In Witness whereof We the said Thomas Lord Lovell and
       Sir John Eyles Baronett have hereunto set our hands and
       Caused the Seal of our Office to be hereunto affixed this Sixth Day
       of August One thousand Seven hundred and forty Two In the
       Sixteenth Year of his Majestys Reign
