       have thereto or to any and every Part and parcell thereof by reason
       or means of the aforerecited Articles of agreement or by any other
       way or means whatsoever To have and to hold the aforesaid sixteenth
       Part of the aforesaid Iron Works for anduring the residue of the afores.d
       Term of five hundred Years yet to Come and unexpired land and
       Premisses with the appurtenances hereby respectively Granted bargained
       sold Assigned or released or mentioned or intended so to be unto him the
       said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Admninistrators and Assigns
       to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Richard Snowden
       his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns and to or for no other use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said John Galloway Doth hereby
       for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise
       and agree to and with the said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors
       Administrators and Assigns in manner following that is to say that
       he the said John Galloway hath not at any time before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these Presents Granted or Conveyed or wittingly or
       willingly made done Committerd Executed or suffered any act matter or
       thing whatsoever nor shall at any time hereafter Grant or Convey or
       whereby or by means whereof the aforesaid sixteenth Part of the afores.d
       Iron works Land and Premisses or any of them or any Part or Parts of any
       of them is are may or shall be Granted or Conveyed to any Person or
       Persons (other than as after mentioned) or is are or may be Charged
       burthened or Incumbred in title Charge Estate or otherwise howsoever
       or whereby these Presents or any thing herein contained shall or may
       be in any wise impeached hindred or made void And that he the
       said John Galloway his heirs Executors and Administrators shall
       and will from time to time and at all times hereafter during the
       term of three years next Ensewing the date of these Presents upon
       the reasonable request Cost and Charge of him the said Richard Snowden
