       his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns make do and Execute or cause or
       Procure to be made done and Executed all and every such further and other Lawfull
       and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things Conveyances and Assurances in
       the Law whatsoever for the further and better assuring securing and Conveying
       the Estate right Interest and Property of him the said John Galloway his
       heirs Executors and Administrators in and to the aforesaid sixteenth Part
       of the afores.d Iron works and Land and Premisses with the appurtenances
       unto him the said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns as by the said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
       devised or advised and required In Witness whereof the said John     
       Galloway hath hereunto set his hand and seal the Day and Year first
             above Written                                             John Galloway   Seal
       Sealed and Delivered         Bordley
       in the Presents of               Witham Marshe
