       of Land af.d in such manner and on such terms Conditions provisoes and
       Estate or Estates respectively as in and by the said Articles of Agreement
       are mentioned and Contained as by the said Articles of Agreement
       relation being thereunto had may appear And Whereas the aforesaid
       John Galloway and Richard Snowden parties hereto and to the Articles
       aforesaid have respectively complyed with the several requisites necessary
       by the aforesaid Articles for the Enabling the afores.d John Galloway
       to sell and dispose to him the said Richard Snowden and for the Enabling
       the said Richard Snowden to purchase of him the said John Galloway
       the aforesaid Sixteenth Part of the said works and Land in manner hereafter
       mentioned Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       John Galloway (for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and
       sixteen Pounds sterling Money of Great Britain by him the said
       Richard Snowden to him the said john Galloway in hand Paid at or
       before the Ensealing and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof
       he the said John Galloway doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and
       therefrom and of and from Every part and peacell thereof doth hereby
       release acquitt and discharge the aforesaid Richard Snowden his heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns Hath Granted bargained Sold
       Assigned released transferred and set over and by these presents Doth
       Grant Bargain sell Assign release transferr and set over unto him the
       said Richard Snowden his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       All his the aforesaid John Galloway's full sixteenth Part af.d of the
       aforesaid Iron works     tracts of Land afores.d and Premisses with
       the appurtenances And all the Estate right title Interest use trust
       Property Proffitt Claim and demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity
       of him the said John Galloway his heirs Executors and Administrators of in and
       to the aforesaid sixteenth Part of the aforesaid Iron works for and during
       the Residue of the aforesaid term of five hundred Years Tracts of Land
       and Premisses with their and Every of their appurtenances which he
       the said John Galloway his heirs Executors or administrators hath or
